Founded in 2001, R & A Group Research & Asset Management Ltd. is a joint stock company owned by its partners. The R & A Group is recognized by its clients as a premium provider of investment-research and asset-management services with a focus on quality investments. 

The R & A Group is licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) as a portfolio manager pursuant to the Financial Services Act (FinSA  2018).

Heinrich Looser and Otto Waser are members of the Swiss Financial Analysts’ Association (SFAA), Heinrich Looser having been its President from 1985 to 1988.
